The location was excellent and particularly good, on outskirts of town, and my bed was very comfy. Besides, it was near to Stornoway's, Lews Castle Grounds and the island. I was upgraded to a large deluxe king room. The spacious bathroom was a plus.

The breakfast was extraordinary with freshly prepared local food, with plenty of good options.

Secondly, the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly prepared local food to suit all tastes. And finally, the location is just perfect. It's so close to the town center with all its restaurants, and the roads for accessing the main sites to visit are easily accessible.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Woodside Guest House. The host, Marina, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The location, just a short walk from the town center and close to stunning forest walks, was perfect.
